My background as an exercise professional and training as an athlete myself has given me a higher level of understanding of exercise physiology and training methodology, enabling me to create nutrition plans to complement your training activities; regardless of your level.

Initial Consultation + Personalised Meal Plan
During this 60 minute consultation, we will go over your questions and goals. We will take a deep dive into your medical history, conditions, current eating habits and any concerns you have.
We'll discuss all things that affect your food intake from lifestyle, cooking skills and challenges. We can also review any supplements you currently take and look into areas of your current dietary intake that we can work on to help you achieve your goal.
Together we will develop an action plan to help you move forward on your nutrition journey.
