My background as an exercise professional and training as an athlete myself has given me a higher level of understanding of exercise physiology and training methodology, enabling me to create nutrition plans to complement your training activities; regardless of your level.
Evidence tells us that regular, ongoing support and accountability is the best way to achieve sustainable success.
With this in mind, I have created nutrition coaching packages to provide you with the tools and evidence-based knowledge to get to where you want to go.

In addition to providing general and sports nutrition, I am qualified as a Monash University Low FODMAP practitioner, which is an evidence-based dietary management program that assists us in identifying trigger foods for your specific gut issues. I offer a package of appointments and resources to help you through what can be a challenging, yet rewarding process.
