I use privacy compliant telehealth video conferencing software so you can be

assured piece of mind and high level service.


I conduct nutrition consultations face to face, and online via video-conferencing software. My online service is exactly the same as in-person, just conducted from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Initial consultations are approximately 45-60 minutes. During this consult we will explore many areas of your health and lifestyle that can influence your nutrition choices and needs. We will also discuss your personal nutrition goals and the things that are important to you to enable me to create the best nutrition plan to suit you.

A nutrition plan and one short review consultation is included with your initial consultation fee. This allows us to go over your plan and address any questions/concerns that may arise. I usually recommend this consult a day or two after you receive your plan so you have the opportunity to look it over and have questions ready. 

I always recommend a review consultation approx 2-3 weeks after you begin on your nutrition journey with me to enable us to go over your progress and make any necessary changes to the plan. Reviews and ongoing support and communication really are key to sustainable change and success. The frequency of your reviews is entirely up to you and your goals. These sessions are all about you, so feel free to ask ANYTHING during these.

I have a background in exercise and training, so have a good understanding of exercise physiology and training methodology. This enables me to create nutrition plans to complement your training activities; regardless of what level you’re at.

Nutrition plans can include training and recovery nutrition, hydration information, and even suggestions of items to look out for at the supermarket. Plans are designed specifically to suit YOUR nutrition goals, your body’s needs and your food preferences; 100%  customised to you!
