Enter my nutrition coaching programs! I see myself as your guide who provides support to help you and your nutrition flourish. Just as you wouldn't expect to be fit after just one exercise session, it's impractical to expect that one meeting with a nutrition professional will change your eating habits forever. Nutrition coaching provides you with the knowledge and practical tools to get to where you want to go. What we cover is tailored to your individual needs, and can include resources such as nutrition planning, meal guides, training & recovery nutrition, hydration and other resources specifically relevant to you. Nutrition coaching is appropriate for people of ages, particularly active people and athletes.
I am also qualified as a Monash University Low FODMAP practitioner. The Low FODMAP diet is an evidence-based dietary management program that is designed to help understand and manage troublesome gut symptoms. A low FODMAP protocol isn't the right answer for all gut symptoms though! With this in mind, I also offer gut-specific nutrition coaching to help you improve your gut symptoms while we uncover the root cause of the issue. Figuring out your gut issues can be challenging, but I aim to make it a less stressful process by providing guidance, insight and useful resources to help you manage things.
