Hi, I'm Erin, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and formerly, a Personal Trainer.

In my previous PT life, I spent many years in the fitness industry, frustrated by the inaccurate nutrition advice that was rife within it.

Many of my clients sought my advice on nutrition, however, as at PT, I didn't have the qualifications or skills necessary to provide the evidence-based nutrition information they needed.

Fast track (quite) a few years, here I am a fully formed Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Sports Dietitian. I have a passion to help active people and athletes lift their performance all whilst regaining their love of food without the restriction and deprivation of fad diets.
